Where does KUDRO ship?
Currently we ship within the United States and international. Orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY.
What are the shipment methods?
- Domestic via USPS & UPS
- International Shipping via USPS, UPS, DHL: Fees will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on destination. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you live.
When will my order ship?
After you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
Once the order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with carrier and tracking information.
Once the shipment has been registered, the carrier may provide an ETA for delivery.
While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order.
We do not process or ship any orders on Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. holidays.
What is the estimated transit time once shipped?
- Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days (depending on location)
- International Shipping: length of time will be calculated at check out and will vary depending on destination.
Are you able to ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, but please anticipate additional transit time to P.O. Boxes once shipped as delivery will necessitate handoff from a national carrier to the local USPS carrier. The multi-carrier coordination can slow down the speed of delivery.
How can I edit or correct my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email Customer Service at kudos@kudrokids.com
We can only make changes to incorrect shipping addresses prior to the package being shipped, once the package has shipped we can’t make changes.
My package was damaged, refused or not delivered?
KUDRO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or refused packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please e-mail kudos@kudrokids.com and we can help you get in contact with the carrier to file a claim.
All refused packages will be returned to our warehouse and processed for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
