RETURNS

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund back to your original form of payment.  Returns that are received within 45 days of the delivery date will be refunded to store credit.

We accept unworn items in original condition, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.

Free return shipping for returns within the U.S. and no restocking fees.

Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt at warehouse.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the online purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We are unable to provide a pre-paid mail label for returns outside of the United States.  For International returns, please choose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as KUDRO is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed. 

Please note international returns must be received within 30 days of order ship date. Initial shipping costs will be deducted in the refund.

Include your order number or original packing slip in your return. Once received, Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt at warehouse.

ADDITIONAL RETURN INFO

* Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We will only accept returns from www.kudrokids.com

KUDRO is not responsible for any items other than those specified on the return slip, including but not limited to non-KUDRO items.  If you return an item that is not on your original return slip, our warehouse will discard it.  No refunds will be provided for any additional non-identified items.

Items shipped back to us for returns must match the original return slip.  Return slips cannot be combined.  If you initiate multiple returns, you must ship them in individual boxes, placing one return slip in each box.  If you don’t follow this process your full refund may be delayed for an additional 50-60 days.  To avoid this and to receive your refund in a timely fashion, please follow our return label instructions.

KUDRO tracks returns to identify misuse or abuse of return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service if the policies are not followed accordingly.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange for a new size, please e-mail us at returns@kudrokids.com and list the order number and size you’d like to exchange. You can then choose a new size and return your item with the pre-paid return label. Once your return is in transit, we will ship you your new size.
