Kudro Kids part of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation community
In conceptualizing Kudro Kids, I wanted to create a brand that was mindful of the environment as fashion is one of the top polluters and creators of waste. In honoring my commitment to sustainability, I became a community member of the most powerful network of circular fashion influencers — The Ellen MacArthur foundation.
The organization’s mission is to accelerate the transition to a circular economy by developing thought leadership and providing unique networking opportunities to enable large-scale impact globally.
Why is this important?
The circular economy is designed to eliminate waste and pollution by keeping products and materials in the system instead of going into landfills. It is a resilient system that positively impacts people and the planet by helping to solve global challenges surrounding climate change and biodiversity loss.
As a member, I have been given the opportunity to connect, share ideas and learn from the 7000 plus global professionals who are also working on accelerating the circular economy.
